In the length of time you have been at KION NA, what accomplishment makes you most proud?

When I was in IT, I was very proud of my customer service skills and response time. Also, KION NA gave me the opportunity to get a CISCO CCNA certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and I was able to help set up and upgrade the network switches at Tradeport by working closely and efficiently with our Dematic colleagues. Configuring Wireless Controllers, VLANS, programming the scan guns, among many technical tasks.

What do you think makes an employee stand out in an organization?

I think many aspects should be taken in consideration, but my favorite is reliability. It’s important to know you can trust someone that she/he will do as she/he says, with congruence at all times.  

What motivates you? 

It motivates me to be part of the larger whole – to be inside of a greater project and to know that what I do will support businesses to thrive and give back to the community.

What is it about the culture at KION NA that makes you excel in your position? 

The great KION NA community. When I need help, I always find a friendly hand that pushes me forward. Since I’ve been working in KION NA, I have learned to be a better professional and a more compassionate person.

What do you think it takes to be an exceptional teammate? 

Compassion.

Which KION Group shared value resonates most with you?  Integrity, Courage, Collaboration, or Excellence?  

    Collaboration. Together we’ll go farther.

    Looking to the future, what are you most excited about? 

    I’m excited about learning and new opportunities to develop professionally.
