In the length of time, you have been at KION NA, what accomplishment makes you most proud?

The wonderful people I have had the honor of working with.  Many of my first coworkers had been with Linde/KION for decades, with many continuing today.  Working in such an accomplished global environment, I have made amazing connections with colleagues all over the world, and I have learned from each of them!

What do you think makes an employee stand out in an organization?

The drive to push company goals forward while keeping a solid excellence structure.  Standing out is admirable but being a team member is key.

What motivates you?

Worthwhile and purposeful work.  We spend so much time with our work family, and it’s important to feel that we are all working towards a successful goal that lifts everyone up together.

What is it about the culture at KION NA that makes you excel in your position?

The KION NA employee team.  I work with some amazing people who not only excel in their positions but have shared their wisdom with me along the way.

What do you think it takes to be an exceptional teammate?

Keep titles out of your daily work, and always strive to do your best.

Which KION Group shared value resonates most with you?  Integrity, Courage, Collaboration, or Excellence?

Each KION Group value is an equal building block for our whole structure – you cannot lift one higher than the others.

Looking to the future, what are you most excited about?

Watching KION Group and KION NA accomplish the goals they have set out to do!
