Is there someone in your life that has influenced your career?
I had a mentor, a retired civil engineer from the City of Houston, TX (Mr. John Grubbs), who provided me with effective guidance, motivation, and tremendous support in choosing a career in engineering and selecting an amazing university. We stayed connected over last 15 years and he is always eager to hear about my current projects, challenges, and successes in the workplace.
Is there someone who inspires you?
My younger sister is a source of inspiration, she is courageous, fearless (was a travel nurse during the pandemic), generous, authentic, and currently in a management position in one the largest Seattle hospitals. Together, we strategize and then laugh when things don’t go according to plan but quickly regroup and devise new plans for success for our personal and professional career goals.

My children.

My fiancé.

Is there someone in your life that has influenced your career?
My mom – as a single parent she always made sure her kids had what they needed, and I want to do the same for mine!
Is there someone who inspires you?
My husband, kids and grandkids.
Is there someone in your life that has influenced your career?
My husband – he’s always been supportive and gives me confidence to achieve!
Is there someone who inspires you?
My mom- she was a single mom and did us right! She invested a good work ethic into my brother and me.
Is there someone in your life that has influenced your career?
My father – he raised my brother and I as a single father teaching us hard work ethics and always encouraging my interests in Aviation Mechanical Career as well as I went back to school for Chemistry.
Is there someone who inspires you?
My daughter – she is 24 and to see her grow and follow the hard work ethics handed down. Working and going to school, all while building an amazing credit score!

My dad.
